1. Agreement
By visiting this site, completing checkout, or using Opticware software, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the product.
You must be at least 18 years old. If you buy for someone else, you still accept these Terms.
2. What you are buying
Opticware is a digital product. You purchase a license key for Windows 10 or 11 software, not a physical item and not ownership of the source code. Nothing is shipped.
Plans are weekly, monthly, or lifetime, as shown at checkout. All plans include the same product features. Access lasts for the term you paid for. Lifetime means for as long as Opticware offers the product, not a promise that Facepunch, Steam, or Windows will never change.
Keys are delivered electronically after Stripe confirms payment, usually within a minute. Delivery starts as soon as payment succeeds. By paying, you ask us to deliver the license immediately.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Opticware on devices allowed by your key (including multi-device support as advertised). You may not:
- sell, share, rent, or give away your key or account
- copy, reverse engineer, or crack the software
- use the product to attack, disrupt, or impersonate Opticware
- circumvent license, HWID, or payment checks
We may suspend or revoke a key for fraud, chargebacks, key sharing, or abuse.
4. Payments (Stripe)
Checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe charges the price shown at checkout in the listed currency. Taxes, if Stripe or the law requires them, may be added at payment.
A completed Stripe payment is your order. Failed, pending, or reversed payments do not grant a license. If Stripe later reverses a payment (chargeback or dispute), the license ends and we may refuse future sales.
Refunds are described only in the Refund Policy.
5. Your use
You are responsible for how you use the software, for your Windows setup, and for any rules that apply to you, including game, platform, or local rules. Opticware is not affiliated with Facepunch Studios, Steam, or Rust. Using third-party tools with a game can break that game's terms and can lead to bans or other action. That risk is yours.
The software is provided as-is. We work to keep it updated. We do not guarantee that it will always match the current game patch, every PC, GeForce Now, or every overlay setup.
6. Support
Support is offered through the channels on this site (including Discord when linked). We do not promise a response time, except as stated for the 24-hour setup refund in the Refund Policy.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Opticware is not liable for lost items, lost accounts, game bans, lost profits, or indirect damage. If we are liable for something these Terms do not exclude, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the license that caused the claim.
Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places, our limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for death or injury caused by negligence where that cannot be limited.
8. Changes
We may update the product, prices, and these Terms. The version on this page applies to new purchases from the date it is posted. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms for that use.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms: use Contact or Discord from the footer. For data requests, see the Privacy Policy.
